We offer complimentary worldwide shipping via our last-mile partner, DHL, which takes roughly 3-5 days delivery.

Tracking Your Order

You may log in to your account, view “My Orders”, select the order you wish to track, go to “Shipments” and click on the tracking number. If you completed your order as a guest, you could track the shipment by clicking the tracking number from the confirmation email you received or contact our customer service for assistance.

Changing your shipping address and Multiple addresses

Once an order has been confirmed, it is not possible to change shipping address details as the order is under processing and is directly forwarded to our last-mile delivery partners. For more, please contact our Customer Service.

Due to how orders are processed, we, unfortunately, do not support shipping to multiple addresses at this time. If you wish to send items to different addresses, you will need to make separate orders.

All orders are shipped on a DDU (delivered duty unpaid) basis. In some countries, additional local import charges and/or duties will apply. Product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties.

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We are unable to advise the amount this may be as these charges are not controlled or executed by us, they are government charges and the individual making the purchase is responsible per transaction for these costs.

Please note Smoengi is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges.
